I had an amazing experience at the Iberostar Grand Budapest. The staff were welcoming and the facilities were great, especially the spa and the luxurious bathrooms. However, there was a slight issue with room servicing that left me feeling uneasy about the security of my belongings.

My room was not only spacious but beautifully furnished, complete with a comfy bed and high-quality amenities. I especially loved the luxurious bathroom with a separate rain shower and deep soak tub. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment I arrived. They greeted me with a refreshing drink and offered to store my bags until check-in. However, I was caught off guard when I unexpectedly found someone had entered my room again while I was at the spa, which made me a bit anxious about my valuables left out in the open.

The room was fantastic, featuring a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and a comfortable bed. The only minor downside was that we didn't dine at the hotel, but I heard good things about the happy hour cocktails.

My stay at the Iberostar Grand Budapest was a mixed bag. While the location was unbeatable and the staff friendly, I encountered several issues that detracted from the experience, including plumbing problems and inadequate breakfast options. Overall, I wouldn't classify it as a true five-star experience. 🌟
